For almost 4 years back i didn't slept for more than 3 days in row. nd after these days i get a sleep of 6 hours for only one day and in next 15 to 20 days i hardly slept 3 to 5 hours a day..so after these nightmares i have headache on the back side?

Sleep study: Have you talked with your doctor about a possible sleep medicine consult with sleep study? Have you had the reason for the nightmares checked out ? Many past traumatic events?
