Headaches A surprise: The most common reason for persistent headaches may surprise you. Taking too much medication for a headache causes a well known syndrome or 'rebound headache". One has to stop their pain medications and let these get out of your system. If you need help stopping your physician can help you get through this. But, check "rebound headaches...".
