See details: Lower the dose of meds, especially Methotrexate or stop the meds completely. It depends on the severity of the liver inflammation.

You will be monitore: Your will be monitored in the trial for liver problems. Each of these drugs methotrexate and tocilizumab can possibly cause liver problems. The trial protocol will decide about medication dose adjustment. You may have no liver problems with either of these.
