Took methotrexate orally on friday for sle. a few hours later, i felt what i think was liver pain. i've had liver disease before, will i be ok?

You should be OK: It very unlikely that you had liver pain due to liver disease after the mtx dose. However, anyone with a history of liver disease should be followed closely by the physician prescribing the mtx.
