What do you recommend if i had dvt in my right leg had it dissolved with a direct injection to the location of the dvt still feel pain will it go away ?

DVT lysis: I am going to assume you are describing catheter directed thrombolysis. Leg pain and swelling can persist for some time but should improve. I would need to know more but a follow up ultrasound is standard to ascertain that the clot is stable or improving. Are you being anti coagulated? Are you wearing compression? You should certainly follow up with the provider who performed your thrombolysis.
