No worry: The gall bladder is a reservoir for bile and empties bile into the GI tract on eating to help activate pancreatic juice. If one did not have a GB because of surgery the bile would still enter the GI tract and no digestive problems would occur. With slow filliing it suggests that the cystic duct to the GB is small and small filling means slow emptying but bile would still enter the GI tract.

Depends on how slow: Not necessarily. Some patients take longer to fill gall bladder. If takes prolonged time, longer than 45-60 minutes, may be gall bladder disease. CCK injection for gall bladder ejection fraction is more important.
