Dizzy: Far and away the most difficult thing in medicine to diagnose. One must carefully delineate all the parameters of what you described as dizziness or swaying to help guide in arriving at proper diagnosis. The physical assessment is important. If you're uncomfortable with the diagnosis that you been given by a physician I encourage you to seek a second opinion this is understandable especially with the condition of dizziness.
