Out of balance: Anxiety can cause all of your systems to get out of balance. Breathing, heart function, digestion, etc are thrown off by the fight/flight chemicals and hormones flooding you. Yoga, Mindfulness meditation and other exercises can help - a lot. Talk w/ your therapist and find local classes in those activities. They can be better than drugs w/ side effects for these symptoms.
