Go back: The current recommended standards for treatment would include two agents to start with (a cephalosporin and azithro or another drug to treat non-gonococcal urethritis). Since antibacterial resistance has become a major issue you would be best to be seen by a doctor expert in the area of STDs. Probably need culture and sensitivity.
