Dishcharge from urethra at tip of penis a week after being treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia with one dosage of 2000mg azithromycin.

The current treat-: ment for gonorrhea is 1 gm of azithromycin followed by a shot of rocephin(ceftriaxone)250 mg IM. ,due to resistance of gonorrhea germ. You might not have been treated thoroughly enough to get rid of the gonorrhea.
