I had an ace test in nov and it was 64 today it was 70. ref range is 8-53. dr ignored it last time, could this just be my normal? no signs of sarcoid.

Curious: I am curious as to why your doctor ordered a ACE test to begin with. Although sarcoidosis frequently manifests itself with lung symptoms and abnormal imaging test of the chest there are occasions when sarcoid can be present in tissues other than the lung. Your ACE is not very high and probably is inconsequential but do ask your doctor if there really is a suspicion sarcoid (or not).

I have sarcoidosis and a DNA test says myeloma is high risk for me. I did have a beta-2 microglobulin tumor test done. it flagged high. Doc says test is used 2 know if sarcoid is there, not tumor presence. What if it is MM. Cbc is normal?
