Sarcoidosis diag: The most reliable diagnosis of sarcoidosis is made based on a combination of the clinical information and a biopsy of affected tissue showing non-caveating granulomas. Since lymphoma - a form of cancer - can present similarly the biopsy is needed in most cases.
