Ana, negative: ANA is usually negative , however there are few cases of sarcoidosis that had positive ANA profile . If ANA is positive, you must check with your doctor to make sure that you do not have lupus presenting with features of sarcoidosis.

Negative: Sarcoid is not usually associated with +ana. However, +ana can occur in up to 10% of the population, so there may be some overlap.
