Physical Therapy: Get a physical therapy program prescribed for you. Usually there are specific turning and massage techniques. One aid is shower to back of neck - hot - with turningt the head for four minutes/ day. Does application of ice stop the headache? It is important to know if you actually have migraine because the therapy is quite different.

No Single Answer: Headache may be caused by either cervical dysfunction, organic brain dysfunction among other things, and each is approached and treated differently. I would speak to your neurologist, and if the pineal cyst is stable and not thought to be a likely cause of symptoms, then an orthopod vs PT would be your next best step to address your cervical disc issue as a means of improving your headaches.

Not easily: Hi Betty, you are clearly seeing a physician for this and I would stick with that approach. Sounds like you have lots of pain from the things you have described. If you haven't started seeing a pain specialist, I'd recommend that and also seeing a neurosurgeon. Hope this helps.
