Second opinion: Although im not entirely sure what you mean by biased, i would answer that they generally are not. However, mental health and diagnosis can be very complex and some clinics may be more biased toward one diagnosis vs another. It is always good to seek a second opinion if you arent sure or disagree with one clinics opinion. If several clinics say the same thing then you are on the right track.
