When in danger: You should head straight to the hospital if you believe that your mental condition could lead you to hurt yourself or someone else. This may include strong suicidal impulses, rage that makes you think that you could hurt someone else. If you have children, an inability to function well enough to care for them is another reason to go. Speak with your doctor about your specific situation .

Please start by: seeing your doctor. He/she can guide you to a mental health professional who can do some patient education w/you. Peace and good health. Above all, make sure you are safe and the people you relate to are also. Talk w/friend or family for support in this process.
