I was given a paper that states i should be taking abilify from the hospital. i was in patient for a mental health episode which was the result of being diagnosed. i never followed up on refill, but i need the medication. how do i continue?

Follow up with your doc is always recommended, many hospitals even set it up for patients. A local urgent care with access to your medical records will be as good until getting established. It is not about getting a drug, it is about your condition that will need proper followup and treatment adjustments.
