See below:: Your husband may have his reasons for not putting you down as someone hospital personnel can speak to, or maybe he did not realize that if he put her as "next of kin"( perhaps he was thinking of a"blood" relative ), that they would not be willing to give you information. I don't know the mental health laws governing hospitalization in the uk, but even if they can't tell you anything, you should ..
