Possibly: The median nerve primarily controls the first 3 fingers whereas the ulnar controls the 4th ( ring finger) and the 5th ( pinkie ) digit. Depending on the severity of the damage (how was this determined ? An EMG??) to the nerve a person may start getting "Fasiculations" which is the spontaneous/ uncoordinated contraction of muscle that the damaged nerve supplies. Muscle twitching might occur.

Ulnar & median nerve: Yes, if you have both ulnar nerve and median nerve conditions, you may have twitching all over your hand, although the ulnar nerve alone supplies most of the hand muscles, and that is probably enough.
