A member asked:

Can a pinched nerve in back cause shoulder blade pain and finger twitching, breast pain? waiting for ultrasound results on breast.

Radiculopathy: Pressure on a nerve may cause symptoms anywhere that nerve innervates. Very difficult to alleviate that kind of pain. Your dr can steer you in the right dirction.

Not from lumbar spin: No, pinched nerve in your lumbar spine cannot cause those. See what your breast ultrasound shows, and talk with your general surgeon/breast surgeon as to cause of your breast pain. Ensure it is not pain over your left chest as you may need to ensure there is no cardiac cause to this. Scapular pain and finger symptoms could be related to cervical spine pathology. See your doctor for examination.
