Ibs, no prescriptions or dietary changes have seemed to relieve the constant pain, why is it so resistant? very frustrated and always in pain

IBS comes in many...: ...varieties with regard to stool pattern, pain presentation, associated complaints, & it may change. You have not indicated what tests have rendered this diagnosis (& ruled out others), what drugs have been tried (at what doses & for what durations), or even where/when/for how long you experience pain. I hear your frustration, but we can't offer much help with the very limited info you supplied.
