A 23-year-old female asked:

Incomplete evacuation of stool and chronic bloating on a daily basis for eleven months. diagnosed with ibs but symptoms do not improve with dietary alterations (i have tried various diets). laxatives also don't help. what's wrong with me?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
