Exercise is great!: If you are in good shape and are used to exercising its ok to continue while you are trying to conceive. Once you are pregnant it will probably be OK to continue your cardio routine, though you may find you have less stamina as your pregnancy continues. Weight Lifting may continue but you will want to avoid valsalvo. You can replace weight with more reps. Talk to your doc when pregnant.

Not likely : As long as you are not overdoing it you should be fine. Combined with a healthy diet, no alcohol or smoking, exercise is advised. Watch over the counter medications. It sounds like you are doing a good job and taking care of your self. Good luck and good health
