See a doctor: Any insect bite that shows any worsening signs like swelling, redness or increasing local temperature should be evaluated by your doctor or nearest ER. If you had the opportunity to catch or even took a picture of the insect , bring it with you to the doctor's office. It could help

See a doctor: If the swelling is increasing, yes take him to the doctor. It's possible there's an infection, and what appears to be a spider bite may not be that at all.
