CT follow-up: Get a CT scan if not done yet. Isolated lung nodule of 6.6 mm is too small to be detected by PET-CT, and also too small to biopsy at this time. Your risk for primary lung cancer is relatively low given your young age and nonsmoker status. But I suggest you to see a lung doctor for opinion and CT follow-up. In addition, what did your MRI abd show?

I agree that the likelihood is small, but follow up is indicated. I have attached a reference from the New England Journal of Medicine: http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa1214726

I have attached a reference pertinent to your workup and management. If you have no family history and no spiculation of the nodule, the likelihood of cancer is very low. I would suggest followup with a pulmonary specialist and a low dose screening CT scan.
