Need investigation: Lung lesion 1 cm ( some times called coin lesion(s) ) could be benign or malignant even in non smokers , need further investigation, no matter what ever cause , chemicals will not cause , some times even a biopsy , follow your doctors advice.

Pulmonary Nodule: Two weeks after exposure to ammonium Fluoride doesn't cuase pulmonary nodule of 1 -cm size. Majority of nodules are benign and could occur in non-smokers. However you need periodic follow-up of this nodule. Consult with your physician.

Unsure: Ammonium hydrogen Fluoride is definitely a dangerous product. While inhaling it as a mist can cause chemical burning of the lung tissue, I do not know if it will cause a nodule.
