Have you ever had: a barium swallow or and upper endoscopy? With the barium swallow one may be able to determine this discomfort in your "throat" and the upper endoscopy may do that as well in addition to taking intestinal biopsies checking for H. pylori. Are you being treated for your "worms"? once the treatment is completed and you still have symptoms, discuss this with your doctor.
