Don't do it: You will no longer receive the benefit of these 2 drugs and risk suddenly destabilizing your current state of good health. If you want to try stopping your meds (not unreasonable), do it with medical supervision and do it slowly, tapering first one and, if okay, then the other. I would drop the Imdur first. Your BP will rise, especially when the Cartia is stopped.
