Yes: Well balanced diet and exercise. Watch calories. We can continue to time up. As we age it gets more difficult. But stick with it.

This not only makes you stronger around your middle but boosts your metabolism. A diet rich in nutrients from lean meats and lots of veggies goes a long way, as does cutting down on portions and alcohol. Adequate sleep and stress management are also important factors.
