We all haveIntrusive: thoughts to some degree but I see that you have OCD which increases such thoughts and related behaviors. Please see a mental health professional for OCD. A book by David Burns called Feeling Good may help you manage thoughts, especially if they make you anxious or depressed. Peace and good health.

Depends: What you thinking about? If thinking about hurting self or anyone else, OR if thoughts are waking up from sleep, you need to talk to someone about it as soon as possible! If thoughts are of things you ACTUALLY need to get done, DO them. If, however, are unhelpful, meaningless thoughts that plague many of us, try guided meditation, yoga, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. If none help, consider meds.
