Could mrsa be in teeth?

Very unlikely: MRSA is very rarely on teeth. Usually on skin or in/around nose.

Irrelevant: MRSA infections are common among people who have weak immune systems. Many Studies have shown that rates of MRSA infection are growing fast, but there is no study to support MRSA is a cause in teeth disease. I think is a separate issue and need to be addressed separetely. Call yor dentist for evaluation and x-rays.
