Consult your doc: A burn that is kept clean with plenty of clean water & antibacterial soap & covered by neosporin or other antibiotic ointment should heal well without oral antibiotics. Mrsa in your past does not make you more/less at risk than anyone else. Monitoring of the wound by your doc can provide a better idea if any other help is needed. Some wounds need daily cleansing in a hydrotherapy setting.

None yet.: Treat the burn and you may not need an antibiotic. If the burn worsens see your doctor.
