Probably not: This is a very frightening new situation indeed! As there's nothing certain, it makes no sense to worry backwards. Do be really careful in the future if you have occasion to interact w/ patients like this. (Also, some would say not to smoke). Obviously, if you notice symptoms, get an exam and inform the Dr of this episode. It's a low probability. Best!
