What would cause slight pain all over the body with nausea itching fever?

Viral?: Could be a viral illness. Drink plenty of fluids, take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for pain, Benadryl for itching. If not better in 2-3 days, see a doctor. By the way, do not take both Ibuprofen and naproxen, they are similar meds and taking both increases risk of stomach ulcer or kidney damage. Good luck!
