No, if GYN exam neg.: You need to see your GYN for A breast exam and evaluation. Early diagnosis of Paget's disease is extremely important. "Itching, tingling, or redness in the nipple and/or areola" is a symptom which must not be ignored. See http://www.cancer.gov/types/breast/paget-breast-fact-sheet
