Bone spurs are typical for osteoarthritis and do not occur in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Biologic agents are prescribed for RA only.

Can RA, Adenomyosis (causes clotting) or a ruptured Baker's cyst cause elevated d-dimer. 2 US and neither found clot. Lump behind right knee, edema in calf and foot. Can't fully extend. No warmth or discoloration. Feels like water running down leg?
I dont have RA but all my joints hurt. knee, shoulder, thumb and back. Mri of back showed degenerative changes but what about other joints. They all flair up at the same time it seems. Bloodwork and Ana's ok?
