You can help build: Muscle w/protein and burn fat w/exercise. Exercise will also help you to build muscle because we tear muscle fibers apart when exercising and when the grow back together they create more muscle mass. Peace and good health. Overall the number on the scale may not change much but you will have muscle over fat and be healthier.
