Unexplained wt loss?: 5'5" and 141 is normal weight. Losing weight for no good reason? See md. If "healthy foods" are low fat, low calorie, then may have an explanation there, especially if recent diet change. Otherwise, could be due to thyroid, infection, inflammation, problems with gut, digestion, etc. See md, bring diet history (3 days), get examined, maybe get tests.

Check BMI: Use a BMI calculator to know. SEE: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm. BMI Categories: Underweight = <18.5 * Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 * Overweight = 25–29.9 * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater. By checking your BMI you can get an idea of whether you are in a healthy range.
