Dx appendicitis: Appendicitis will typically present as right lower quadrant abdominal pain, fever, nausea and occasional diarrhea. If such symptoms are present and are not going away, a trip to the ER is essential for proper diagnosis and treatment. You'll have blood tests and a CT scan of your abdomen done. It's important to make sure you don't have a ruptured appendix ; that requires immediate surgery.
