Breast pain: Breast cancer is rare in a 19 year old woman. Other possible causes are breast pain that comes and goes with the monthly cycle, large breasts that pull on the ligaments of the breasts or even chest wall muscle pain. Chest wall pain is often 1-sided, burning and occurs from overuse of those muscles by skiing, rowing, cycling, swimming or other activities that strain the pectoral muscles.
