Rotator cuff tear: If u did not fracture your proximal humerus in the fall( thank goodness) and now have pain in your shoulder w/ motion away from your body or above your head than you may have torn your rotator cuff tendon(s).Pain@ night is typical. Weakness may be present.See an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder problems / arthroscopy.Best of Luck!
