Mid 40s and want upper arm strength. what's the max safest weight i can lift to avoid uterus problems? don't have any but want baby and don't want to jeopardize ability. no health problems, 5.4 and 120 pds. just want more upper body strength?

Consult a physical trainer for once session. Many have unnecessarily injured their upper extremities with poor technique and inadvisab!le use of heavy weights. The trainer will instruct you on the proper weights to use,proper technique, proper amount of reps, proper progression of heavier weights,etc
