No: Heart pain never hurts just the back and shoulders- it may radiate to the back when it starts in the chest and becomes severe. The observation that lifting your arms provokes it is a good indication that the pain is muscular (not nerves). Rest, heat, and analgesics (like ibuprofen) will most likely help. Avoid heavy lifting and try to maintain good posture (i.e. avoid spells of leaning forward)
