Go to doctor: Symptoms like those above deserve rapid evaluation for fracture, dislocation, etc. It would be wise to see a doctor at the earliest opportunity whether at an office, urgent care, or ER.

Left shoulder: If she is in pain she may have a fracture of her clavicle. I would take her to be seen by her doctor to be sure she does not need an x-ray.
