Healed?: I'm not sure what you mean by "healed". Ovarian teratomas do not appear and then disappear. If you had a teratomas, you still have it. On the other hand, if you have an ovarian teratomas this will not prevent you from getting pregnant. You will still be able to get pregnant if all else is normal.
