Usually quick.: If you are having the dermoid cyst removed laparoscopically, the recovery is fairly quick and most people even return to work within a day or two (minus heavy lifting of course). Expect full recover in 2 to 3 weeks. You also go home right after the procedure, if everything goes well. Speak with your surgeon for more info. Good luck!
