Only need one: You only need one healthy ovary to get pregnant. You have reduced your chances per month without having a second one but many have gone through the same loss & had kids just the same.

Agree with Dr. F: One ovary is sufficient for fertility. Talk to your doctor and take pre-natal vitamins. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
