My lipase elevated from normal 30-110 to 111. is it acute pancreatitis? is there any possibility that it is not pancreatitis?

Not likely: Lipase is very non-specific and the elevation you describe is minimal. Nausea by itself can cause an elevated lipase. Would suggest that you abstain from drinking alcohol for a while.
