why do i have stretch marks on my butt? i was never fat. i have a fast metabolism. how can i make them go away? lotions?

Genes: Stretch marks are part related to genetics. You might have had a growth spurt causing your skin to stretch excessively. Unfortunately there are no proven means of eliminating them. Cocoa butter used early on might help fade it some.
