Is OK: Sounds like might be irritable bowel (ibs) with loose bowel movements and cramps. Twice daily is within normal limits. Cheese can sometimes slow down intestinal motility. If symptoms worsen go to doctor and have a thyroid blood test. Eating oatmeal for breakfast can regularized bowel movements.

Individual: Just as overall metabolism varies, so does GI motility. In addition diet also plays a role. Twice a day bowel movements are not abnormal. If you have cramping, pain or other problems, try a diet change. If you continue to have problems, make an appt w a gastro-i dr.
